week 05, wednesday, 8PM-???
[What's up it's sleepover time. Feel free to assume that if you're a teenager (or Poland, or Urashima), that Hinata extended an invitation to hang out with him and Roxy and whoever else wants to come for a sleepover. No obvious weapons will be allowed, and if anyone shows up with one that he can see, he'll politely ask that they leave their weapon in their room and come back.
No Glitter Allowed other than what's invariably trapped in their clothes (and Hinata's hair).
He's been gathering things all afternoon to try to make it a nice party with absolutely no murder involved. He stole a good amount of snacks, drinks, and candy from the general store and kitchen, as well as some paper and pencils from the police station. He'd even made a trip into the schoolhouse for construction paper, though he hadn't spent long in there. Unfortunately there's not much available in the way of games, so he's hoping they can do things that are mostly verbal or don't require props. Charades...?
One thing of note is that it's a good idea to take your shoes off when you come in! Through the afternoon, he's been dragging mattresses and bedspread from both Alisha's and Poland's room to spread all as many as will fit end to end, creating a massive comfy place to sit and invariably crash. His own bedframes and box springs have been kind of awkwardly shoved against the wall beneath the window, the rest of the furniture moved against the walls to allow space.]
[feel free to use this post as a general mingle! make toplevels, threadjack, you know the drill. if you need me for anything, feel free to ping me @

[Carefully standing up and watching the candy with no small amount of concern. Is anyone bouncing further down the mattresses...? No...?]
Do you see that?
no subject
I...do, yes but...how is that...
[HAPPENING???]
no subject
[ Look, she comes from places where she can't see seraphim without help, this isn't actually too shocking. ]

[Poland's armed with her vodka glass like she's about to catch a bug or something.]
no subject
It probs was jelly of all the kissing games.
no subject
The space it does it in is rather small, though - the candy doesn't go beyond the boundaries of an area close in size to that of an A4 page. ]

[Poland refills her vodka glass and gingerly shoves it in the vicinity of the candy before backing away again.]
...never have I ever been a ghost.
no subject
[Hinata just kind of backs away a step or two. What if the ghost gets pissed off??]
Someone, uh... check for wires or something.
[Not volunteering though, fuck that.]

[ ALISHA... ]

[Alisha, your priorities...]

But the ghost is fucking dead. I do wonder if we can communicate with it... do you think if I drew an ouji board, that would work?

[ To pretty much draw this on a scrap of paper and place it on the table.
Of course the ouji board itself might be slightly altered to include hiragana/katakana along with the English alphabet. ]
There. Now you can roll the candy onto the letters instead of writing it out.

[Passing across his notepad and pen, since, y'know, this is his room with his shit in it.]

[But alright, assuming there's not like...a severed hand up there on the ceiling or anything, Faize will swipe a hand through the air above the candy as well.]
no subject
Sadly, the shot glass goes ignored - and the candy switches to rolling out hiragana.
あ い う え お ]
no subject
[Oh no, is this Japanese horror... Hinata shifts a little since he's sideways, tracing the path of the candy with his finger a good distance back from it.]
A, I, U, E, O, [he sounds out easily once he traces it himself, clearly surprised.] That's Japanese, that's the first five letters of the alphabet.

[Just squinting at the candy as it rolls around in completely unintelligible patterns. Weird!]
